Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1210 Lum Road Centralia Washington US 98531
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns
Our policy is to exchange or store credit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we can offer you a store credit or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. During the holiday time, with a gift receipt, all returns can be within 2 weeks of the Christmas.

If shoes are worn outside they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Our policy is to exchange or store credit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we can offer you a store credit or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. During the holiday time, with a gift receipt, all returns can be within 2 weeks of the Christmas.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items may not smell of smoke or any animal smell. All items must have tags still attached to them and not look visibly worn. Clearance sale items do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.
We have a few other items that are exempt from being returned for an exchange, or store credit. These items include intimates, gift cards, jewelry, swimwear, and clearance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, You will receive a credit, with a gift receipt you have a few days longer.
