Our policy is to exchange or store credit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we can offer you a store credit or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. During the holiday time, with a gift receipt, all returns can be within 2 weeks of the Christmas.

However, we can offer you a store credit or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items may not smell of smoke or any animal smell. All items must have tags still attached to them and not look visibly worn. Clearance sale items do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.
We have a few other items that are exempt from being returned for an exchange, or store credit. These items include intimates, gift cards, jewelry, swimwear, and clearance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.
