If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. During the holiday time, with a gift receipt, all returns can be within 2 weeks of the Christmas.

If shoes are worn outside they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Our policy is to exchange or store credit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items may not smell of smoke or any animal smell. All items must have tags still attached to them and not look visibly worn. Clearance sale items do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.
We have a few other items that are exempt from being returned for an exchange, or store credit. These items include intimates, gift cards, jewelry, swimwear, and clearance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, You will receive a credit, with a gift receipt you have a few days longer.
