If you have a special ordered item these items are no returnable. During the holiday time, with a gift receipt, all returns can be within 2 weeks of the Christmas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items may not smell of smoke or any animal smell. All items must have tags still attached to them and not look visibly worn. Clearance sale items do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.
